We may collect account information such as your name and email address, workspace and team information, application URLs and evaluation inputs, usage information, technical logs, and support communications.
2. Information generated through DOVENI
When you run evaluations, DOVENI may generate findings, quality scores, screenshots, release-risk indicators, readiness assessments, reports, and related metadata.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure DOVENI, authenticate users, process evaluations, operate billing and plan limits, troubleshoot issues, communicate with customers, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
4. Payment information
Payment transactions for paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle. DOVENI does not need to store complete payment-card details in its application database.
5. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, hosting, authentication, database, monitoring, artificial intelligence, and payment service providers where necessary to operate DOVENI. Information is shared only to the extent needed to provide those services.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary by data type.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
