1. The service

DOVENI provides digital product readiness, quality evaluation, release intelligence, reporting, and related collaboration features. The service is intended to support product decisions and does not replace professional security, legal, compliance, accessibility, or engineering review.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and for activity performed through your account or workspace.

3. Plans and billing

DOVENI may offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Pro is currently offered at USD $29 per month or USD $290 per year. Features, usage limits, and pricing are shown on our Pricing page before purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing period until canceled. Payment processing is handled through Paddle. Taxes and billing documents may be handled according to applicable law and the payment provider’s processes.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use DOVENI to violate law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or evaluate systems that you do not have permission to test.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to DOVENI. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

6. Intellectual property

DOVENI, its software, interfaces, branding, reports, scoring systems, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of DOVENI intellectual property to you.

7. Third-party services

DOVENI may rely on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, authentication, analytics, artificial intelligence, and payment providers. Their availability may affect parts of the service.

8. Service availability and outputs

We aim to provide reliable results, but automated evaluations can contain inaccuracies, false positives, or omissions. Release decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription in accordance with the controls available in your account. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect DOVENI, other customers, or third parties, or where these Terms are materially violated.
